Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of confirmed delivery, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or modification are not eligible for return.

Custom-made or personalized items—including name plates, custom pendants, engraved pieces, and special orders—are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or production error.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at sales@elcunodeorojoyeria.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, El Cuño de Oro Joyeria will offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue. We may request the item be returned for inspection before completing the resolution.
